Terms of Service

Last updated 11 October 2026

These terms apply when you use DM Nudge, run by Niclas Hilltorp, Sweden (“we”). By creating an account you agree to them. Questions: niclas.hilltorp@gmail.com.

1. What DM Nudge does

DM Nudge helps you keep track of leads, reminds you when to follow up, and drafts messages. You send every message yourself. DM Nudge does not connect to, log in to, or post on Instagram, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram or Meta.

2. Your account

You need a valid email address to sign in. Keep access to that email secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

3. Subscription, trial and payment

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use DM Nudge to:

We may suspend accounts that break these rules. We tell you why, unless the law stops us.

5. Your content

The leads, notes and messages you add are yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy, which also works as our data processing terms for lead data. AI-written drafts are suggestions: read them before you send them.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep DM Nudge running, but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may improve or change features. If we ever shut the service down, we give you at least 30 days’ notice and a way to export your leads.

7. Liability

DM Nudge is a tool to help you follow up; we cannot promise any number of replies, calls or clients. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

8. Ending your account

You can stop at any time. Email us to have your account and data deleted.

9. Law

Swedish law applies. If we cannot solve a disagreement together, it is decided by a Swedish court, unless mandatory consumer rules say otherwise.
